山の声、茶の記憶｜Echoes from the Mountains
山は語らない。けれど、茶葉が語る。 霧の濃い朝、湿った土の匂い、 谷あいを渡る風、陽に照らされる茶畑の葉先。 茶は、土地の記憶をまとう。 阿里山のやわらかさ、 合歡山の涼しさ、 凍頂のあたたかい香ばしさ。 一葉の中に、風景がある。 それを湯に溶かし、口に含むということ。 茶を飲むことは、遠いどこかと、静かに出逢うこと。
